Decided a little last minute to stay a night in Sedona during a recent road trip from Denver to Phoenix to visit family... We booked a room here the night before, so the last minute nature of our stay may have contributed to some of the small cleanliness issues we experienced. For the area, the price was reasonable and although we did not use it the pool seems like a nice area (although we did try to use the firepit and were unable to get it to work). The room was spacious, mostly updated and although there isn't too much around in the way of bars/restaurants we were able to order take out from a nearby Italian restaurant (that I may forewarn others who wish to do the same - the hostess will not let you have a drink at the bar if you arrive early.. us and another couple were forced to stand outside and wait although bar space was available). All in all, the GreenTree met our needs - we may have even stayed another night if the dog fee was per stay instead of per night (however we are VERY appreciative of this property allowing our pup as he was the purpose of us driving and not flying).

We loved our room. We were in the building across the drainage creek separate from the main buildings. There is a large living room separate from the bedroom giving us excellent space to spread out. The bedroom is on the side of the building away from the highway and we heard absolutely zero traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower and bathroom were adequate. The heated pool along with the “not too hot” hot tub were a welcome relief after our daily hikes. This was the perfect stay for our needs of a quiet base for sleeping and relaxing after hiking, as we spent limited time in our room during daylight hours.

Heated pool and hot tub after hikes and on cooler nights during our stay. We loved the fire table. Our room was perfectly placed, there is a great neighborhood to walk our dogs in each morning and evening. This hotel is quiet and off the main beat so we could get to most places but not deal with overcrowding business. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is quick and light. Loved the outdoor space a lot.

I liked that this property was close to everything, within minutes! I thought the staff in the office were nice and accommodating when I asked questions. I liked the idea of breakfast in the morning especially for patrons who vacationed with smaller children!! I loved the pool area and the hot tub was very relaxing. Our room was spacious enough for my husband and I, our bed was cozy and comfortable also.

It was a perfect location for the walks and hikes we did in Sedona Having the pool to cool down after our walks was lovely . The staff were all very helpful There were renovations happening whilst we were there but this didn't affect our visit Room cleaning isn't every day but you are advised on arrival to request anything you may require with reception . The coffee was delicious!
